Im a big fan of working out to metallica, pantera is also great to work out to. IM a huge music fan , considering i play the guitar and drums so im just going to make a list. in no particular order

1. Staind-dysfunction album
2. Metallica- any album, esepescially the kill em all album
3.One minute silence-any album, great british band to get you going
4.Korn-any album espesically the self tilted album
5.ac/dc-duh
6.deftones-great band, what else can i say
7.P.O.D.- gets you thinking a bit more positive , which is a good change
8.3 doors down- i dont know why, but they pump me up
9.coal chamber- these guys are great
10. godsmack- no explanation needed
11. Disturbed
12. the lost prophets- a very different sounding band
13.led zeppelin- who doesn't love led zeppelin?
14. creedance clearwater revival- i dont know but john fogerty singing about war pumps me up pretty good
15.Black 47- ok...this might not be good for everyone, must like irish music, mixed with rock singing about the hardships of the irish.

i hope some of you buy or download some of this music because it truely will get you going

I separate my music into Cardio and Lifting Music on my MP3 player.
Cardio songs are typically upbeat songs, however heavy lifting starts off with "Tommy" Body Architects and then "Tommy" People are Strange, followed by some of the harder "Matrix" songs and themes. I also believe I have Ja Rule's "Reign" in there as well.
