well theirs of course the rocky albums, 80's rock, such as thunderstruck like jock said, then the theme from the movie Scarface is awsome, and when that gets boring i listen to southern rap like lil jon and the eastide boyz, or ill listen to the underground bay area rap that gets you kinda juiced, and last but not least get bone crusher - i aint never scared

Almost any metallica song off of the new album, st. anger, st. anger is probably the best but all the songs are high tempo. Im more into rock than anything else so i would say stuff like godsmack, disturbed, slipknot, korn, system of a down and all those other really hard bands are my fav.

Ozzy ozbourne has some adrenaline pumpin music on his no more tears cd... DMX has some hardcore songs, I still say the twista CD will get the blood rushing, that cd is hot! A few other good ones are Nine Inch Nails, their song Terrible Lie and Sin great workout songs imo! All these are great artists/songs for working out. :

are you serious? i could go on for days about how bad new metallica is. i could live off old metallica but would just assume hit myself in the head with a tac hammer as listen to almost any metallica song after black.
