The Rocky Soundtrack is my favourite at home, or some good old 80's, early-mid 90's RocknRoll, something upbeat at the gym is good, however i only ever hear it between sets, once im actually doing a set its all about focusing on the muscle and form, everything else is ignored.

yo steve---i saw ac/dc at the monsters of rock at castle donnington in 1991--great band--angus was on top form that night--motley crue-mettalica-wasp and the almighty were on the bill-as far as i can remeber....only thing was i gave my jacket to my girlfriend so me and my buddy could go down to the front when motley crue were on--holysh*t they realy did crank up the volume then. talk about going def...anyway we couldnt find our girlfriends when we returned to our arranged meeting place.(suprise suprise)..so by the time ac/dc were on stage that evening it was f-ing freezing..but who cares when you have a band like ac/dc performing in front of you...
