Hey Hey People
So we're on to music now are we , Well Metallica does it for me it's raw power music ,Great to listen to in the car aswell makes you feel like your untouchable
Or is that just me
DOH!
However if I don't have a CD to hand I boot up the Athlon & play some of the WWE Themes , Benoit,HHH, Acolytes,Lesnar
I wonder if they workout to their own Entrance music ?

Metallica
Sand man is class
I,ve only seen Metallica once
96 Earls court it was just after the load album came out
2 stages all through the concert until 'ONE' then with all the gun fire & explosions for the song they blew one of the stages up with Pyro.s & the overhead lights came crashing down
Very load & very heavy it was great loved every minute of it
I have a Metallica poster in a frame in my room with the concert tickets in both top corners
I head there's a gig in the US coming up soon Metallica,Limpbizkit & Linkin park
WOW imagine that if it ever makes it over to these shores I'll be there

wow--
i like rock as much as the next guy--but i need some strong bass/beats when i train (mainly for the treadmill)--im all about rap (mostly older)
my ipod has like 3000 songs on it and a "gym" directory made up of mostly rap and some electronic (chemical bros etc.)

I'm into both metal and rap when I work out. Metallica is the best, they are like my favorite band of all time.
