so whats the deal with Olive oil?? ive been looking through some posts and stuff and alof of people have been talking about it.what does it do?

They help us anytime, not specifically for bulking. Some fats actually help us control digestion, control hunger, lower bad cholesterol, raise good cholesterol, manage blood sugar.

I find that when bulking on higher fats, I have some difficulty eating enough though.

At the mo its 7 tablespoons a day for me.

later in the day is best for me before workout would not be ideal

Do like the Italians. Pour olive oil in a bowl and add a little balsamic vinegar and use it to dip french bread in before eating it. Tastes better than butter.

That is a fabulous way to consume it but it does often lead to overconsumption of french bread. BTDT!
