Have many one more workout in which you do some 200 meter interval training. Warm-up for 1-2 miles. Make sure your legs are stretched out. Then perform 6-8 200 meter runs (hopefuly between 70 and 80 seconds per 200 meters) with a 200 meter slow walk recovery. Then take it easy until test today.

You can only do so much in such little time.

Don't go out too fast. Make your last 3/4 mile faster than your first 3/4 mile on test day.

Good Luck.

As pierini said, don't overtrain if you are doing this Tuesday. Do no running after Sunday to ensure you are properly rested.

With so little time, the best you can hope to do is get in another practice run, maybe carving your time down to 12:00, then run like hell Tuesday and hope you can hump it enough to squeeze under the mark.
