40-yard dash

Hi,

My name is Carl and I am a junior tailback from Cali. My friend who is being recruited by all the Pac 10 and Big 12 schools recently bought a training program called

http://www.40yarddashtraining.com

He sez he went from a 4.6 to a high 4.4 in 5 weeks. Is this possible?

I run a 4.5 but with the combines coming up I need to get down to somewhere in the 4.4's. my coach said that a 4.4 can get me to any WAC or Mountain West school...

What can I do? Strength shoes, bands, programs? I am lost right now and I need this extra tenth to get a d-1 ride fo sure.

peace

I would do some research on it. There is no doubt you can do it. Which way though is a good question cause there is alot. Like using a parachute, or a sled when you run. Also do a search on this board and I know I have read topics in the past on speed. Good luck though.
