The halfback position would be strength-relevant too.

I was going to say the same thing. He probably is not tall enough for wide receiver or cornerback. BUT, I am forgetting that this is high school football. He can probably play wide receiver, cornerback, running back, etc.
I am always in the mindset of the NFL, but when it comes to high school football, height is not as big of an issue.
One thing people fail to realize is that height is VERY important in football, such as the NFL and college, but not as much in high school. Some of the heights of NFL football players compare to an NBA team. WR's need to be tall, QB's need to be tall, lineman, etc.
Although weight is an issue in football to many, it is in some instances overrated. The only positions weight has any major consideration are lineman and linebackers. There are numerous players who are thin who play in college and NFL. Look at Randy Moss, Todd Pinkston, Aaron Brooks, etc., etc. So don't concern yourself too much with weight unless you play one of the two mentioned positions. I might would throw running back into that, but even some of them do not weigh that much. I say this to those who keep mentioning they want to gain all of this weight. It will be good to add some bulk, but when it comes down to it, the person with the better skills makes the team, not the person who weighs the most. Not all football players are huge 250-300lbs men, in fact most are not! Just keep that in mind. Work on developing your skills, etc., if you really want to make a team, and be good if you are already on one.

After lifting one day, i went out o the track to see if i could test my 40, srprisingly enough, i pulled off a 5.37. I also did some from a 3 -point stance and got around 5.80. That and some biotches were making me laugh , so i couldnt concentrate.

according to that thing on Ben Johnson and the 40 yard time. The key words are the fact that they were using the most sophisticated timing machines in the world. Machine time always times you slower then hand time. The 4.2s, 4.3s, and 4.4s you see are hand time or a slower machine time (ive had experience with two kinds of machines, one that took about 0.24 off my forty and one that did it about even with hand timing).

I only weigh 135 lbs and I havent really started to work out yet and I need to kno if i can run a 4.5 -4.4 in my senior year in high school. I feel fast because im one of the fastest on my team but i need to know if i can do the 40 at that speed.

I expect we'll be seeing him in Athens later this summer then.
Just for comparison, here's Montgomery's split times for his 9.78 record in Paris, 2002:
Tim Montgomery (USA)
Wind: +2.0m/s, RT: 0.104s (round-up to 0.11s)
10m: 1.85s (1.74s)
20m: 2.91s (1.06s)
30m: 3.82s (0.91s)
40m: 4.70s (0.88s)
50m: 5.54s (0.84s)
60m: 6.37s (0.83s)
70m: 7.21s (0.84s)
80m: 8.05s (0.84s
90m: 8.90s (0.85s)
100m: 9.78s (0.88s)
Fastest 10m Split:
0.83s, 50-60m.
50m Splits:
5.54s/4.24s = 9.78s (WR & NR)
We can approcimate a 40 yard time from this. 40 yards is 36.576m, so let's try to figure out how long it took him to get that far.
First of all, let's knock off that .11 second reaction time, so he hit the 30m mark at 3.71 seconds from the time he started moving. He covers the next 10m in .88 seconds. Assuming his speed is close to constant at this point, it takes him .6576*.88=.579 seconds more to cover that final 6.576m. So his total running time to 40 yards is very close to 3.71+.579=4.29 seconds.
Hey, that's nothing that a high school qb can't beat, provided his coach has a stopwatch with a second hand.
