i followed your routine just like you said. it really did help on my speed. my last couple weeks though a developed a really sharp pain in my right side but i just ran through it during my 5k.

i haven't decided what my next goal should be. either shave some more time off my 5k to get it under 21 minutes, train for a 5 mile race, or a 10k race.
