He's impressive as usual.

Quite a departure for him being the "anti-bodybuilder/anit-weight trainer" I found him to be in his book.

It appears that he's sort of, kind of, almost in a way, changed his mind just a little bit about extra muscle.

Now if he or anyone else would just find a way to make the body able to swim 2.2 miles, run 56 miles, ride a bike 122 miles, and get huge & beastly I'd be a happy guy.

BTW, I incorporated his conditioning training into my tri-workouts and found them to be quite difficult and definitley improved my short term, maximum effort, aerobic capacity...I think the extra wind they give you for 5 minute intervals definitely help make weight training more effective.

Acutally though pierini, watching him and knowing that one day, I'm going have to try that makes me want to run FROM the gym.

Andy, I believe you meant run 26 miles, not 56 miles, but I still get your point.

OOPs typo. But wouldn't it be awesome to be able to run that much and get huge?? Or to me it would be.

Gave me a couple of ideas on how to use my 50 pound weighted vest. Now I need to go buy one of those little wheel thingies!
