just started playing rugby stateside after almost a year off. i have been cramping up in my right calf after we finish pack training and go to start conditioning. i am confused though as far as the strength training aspect goes. if your doing cardio and strength training doesnt one detract from the other? i know power lifters dont do cardio for this reason, but how do you train for strenght and endurance.
