Baseball Tryouts April 13th


Hey everyone Baseball Tryouts are on April 13 the upcoming Sunday. I haven't started running yet because its been really cold and snowy. It has finally started to look nice out and the snows starting to melt, I want to start running tomorrow. My question though is should I run everyday since I only have till Sunday to build up as much endurance and speed as possible?

Also how do you think I should go about it. Should I jog one day sprint the next? or just jog everyday to build endurance? Thanks guys.

I would recommend not running every day, give your body at least one day off before tryouts to recover. If you haven't been running you'll probably be a little sore when you start running again. This is a little late, and I see that your tryouts were earlier this week, so I hope they are going well.

A little inspiration for the baseball season, or just something to procrastinate with everyday- Lou's Daily Affirmations. It has a new little saying from Lou Piniella every day. The other day he said "I yell, therefore I am right." haha!
