i'm thinkin about gettin a bowflex, the bowflex "revolution", i think it'll be good for me to train for next baseball season...i saw an article on forbes.com about it, thats what got me thinkin about this. its supposed to be entierly different from all of its earlier versions.
have any of you ever had one of these bowflexes before?
Sounds like the Nordicflex Gold. You remember that one? Isokinetic training without an eccentric contraction. It no longer exists. This is quite an investment for something without a proven track record.
$2500 can buy you a Power Tech gym, Olympic weights, and a decent treadmill.
I am going to pass on the Bowflex Revolution. The only thing that will be spinning will be your wallet...with the money spinning down the drain.

The bowflex is no miracle machine, although the advertising may want you to think that.
