Chain Training

Has anyone here tried using chains in a strength program? I've been reading a bit about this and I'm interested in hearing some first hand opinions.

Yeah. It works well but you have to do it right. I've used chains on squats and bench press. A great place to find articles on it is www.elitefts.com

Hey Chain, didn't we have a HUGE discussion about chain training a long while ago (back when I was posting before?) I thought I remembered IronMan talking about it, maybe ebon, I'm not sure,....but someone here brought it up, and it was a pretty laborious thread for a while as people learned the concept of what made it so good.

Do you recall?

This would be old though, like maybe a year ago....maybe out of the reach of current archives, but I think we talked about it.

You can use bands too. You can get them at different resistance levels.
