Talk to gartrell about this. He is about the same size but has got your lifts x 2 for everything and @ 15. Talk to him about what his coach has been having him do. If you can't find him i recomend getting a good bench/squat/dl routine. You can do them in seperate cycles, or prefereably combine them into a powerlifting routine with an assistance day at the end. Check my newbie sticky for example of a powerlifting routine using the 5 x 5 rep scheme.
