dude yes you definitely have potential if you have skills. those lifts are weak for your size right now but they can definitely be improved, you ahve a lot of time, especialyl if you stay dedicated and motivated. you can do it man. :

Can you play football? Are you athletic for your size?

D1 colleges tend to look for good to great athletes, regardless of position.

marshall... the dedication of spending three hours at the gym after school is a great sign, but you don't ever want to be spending more than 90 minutes at the most in the gym for the most effective workout.

6'2" 192 is awesome, but all of your other stats are very average for a 15 yr old. you need to work very hard to improve your speed, strength, ect. the main thing though is how good are you on the field?

i have some serious improvements in two months i have put 25 on the bench, 70 on the squat, 35 on the incline, 55 on the power clean, .1-.2 on the forty.
15 pounds of weight. i haven't increased on the shuttle but that is because i am scared of slipping and always go past the line. i did it in 5.5. my vertical went from 22.3 to 20.9 and i was doing aa3. How do you think this is possible?, could i have been sore?

I would say Bench-350 Squat-415 Dealift-415 and powerclean-255. Your way off but you have alot of time to get stronger. You also would probally need to run something like a 4.2-4.8 for tightend.

brock? 350 for bench? nah... not for a freshman man, i don't care how big he is. how the hell did you come across that dumbass number. world's strongest man mariusz pudzianowki benched 353 when he was 16.

No offense intended but I have to agree with Maurer... I have no idea what I could bench at 15 but I'm sure it was probably worse then his... either way if your goal is to play college football, you need to focus on sport specific training to accomplish that goal. Work on your core lifts, and excersizes that will benefit the skills you need to be 'top of the class' at your position... imho...
