extreme martial arts

http://media.hugi.is/hahradi/fyndnar/fridaynight3-1.wmv

Do you guys know what "branch" or "type" of martial arts I should take beginner classes for to build basics for that kind of stuff? I Should've listened when my mom told me take martial arts lessons when I was 11...

And what kind of training should I do for this type of thing? I would suspect lots of cardio...

Check that out, you can get some advice there from some well trained martial artists and find what martial arts would suit you.

taekwondo

this is the best to start and learn how to properly do kicks and punches. then you can move on to kempo or something else. I take kempo and it is awsome but if I started younger I would of took taekwondo first to develope the proper way to kick.

Go to a mixed martial arts school. There they train everything (thats why its MIXED martial arts) including kickboxing, wrestling and jiu-jitsu. More bang for the buck and you dont have to put up with those crappy mcdojos where you have to pay to earn belts.

Its a good idea to talk to TKD clubs as well as they make use of high impact kicks and all of that..But the above sites can get you on your way..
