routines

Hey everyone. So I work out my chest, arms, and shoulders every other day, because i dont go to a gym, i dont drive, and i work out to 3 videos. Before i workout, i run a mile, and bike about 8 miles at the highest incline on my exercise bike. I workout about 45 minutes with heavy weights. I started around September 20th, and i am planning on getting a nice built look by the start of Spring (March 21th, i think.) Every morning i have Soy Protein Isolate (24g of protein), and for lunch i have Met-rx bars (34g of protein), and shakes (40g of protein), and after i workout i take Met-rx Ultra which has 40g of protein, 5g of creatine, 2g of glutamine. I also eat lots of tuna, and on non-workout days i have Met-rx Protein Plus (46g of protein). Im only 5'5, and last time i weighed myself, which was a month ago, i was 155 lbs. I run a mile every day, and bike everyday, by the way. I eat low-fat foods too. NOW FOR MY PLAN, which is what i want advice for.
I am 17 years old, I want to play football next year in college, preferabbly Division 2 or 3, which is when I will be a freshmen. I played 2 years already. I want to get bigger arms, lose chest fat, tummy fat, and love handles. I am short, so that rules out playing lots of positions. I have very strong legs from cycling and soccer, thats why I barely work them during workouts. I am looking into playing runningback, quarterback, or maybe linebacker. Can somebody tell me if what I am doing is good for what my goals are, and if the supplements I take are good, or if i should be taking something else, and how I can lose chest fat, tummy fat, love handles, build bigger arms, AND having a stronger throwing arm? Do u think with what I am doing, i can be a nice built come Spring time? I already am kinda built, i just want to get a little more built. Thanks for helpin out, guys.

No I am not playing in any kind of tackle league right now. My high school did not have a team, and thus I didn't have that privilage. Will be hard in some senses, to make the team, considering that, although walk-ons are walk-ons, either way.

Currently I am weight training and conditioning to get ready. I still have time, so I am just working on getting ready fitness wise. I am going to start some football specific training soon also. Running some routines, sprints, etc.

I have been emailing and talking with the strength and training coach of the Houston Texans. He has been very helpful and given me some advice.

if your looking into D3 no positions are ruled out man, its not as competitive. the only reason things are ruled out is becausde of weight. no college defensive takcle wil ever get a sack or a tackle weighni in at 155. bulck up to around 190 and play strong safety. that sounds good. get fast too.
