Football Help: Cornerback Drills

This year im going into my 2nd year of bantam football (Grade 9) for my school and im playing my first year at cornerback. I played receiver last year and this year my coach thought it would be best for me to switch to corner. It would be really great if I could please have some advice on what drills I should be doing as a corner and what I should be lifting ect. It would also be great if someone could reccomend a diet if needed for me, im about 5-6 and I weigh 125 pounds.

Your help is greatly appreciated!
David

125 lbs, no wonder you're a D back!

Welcome to the black shirts though, you'll enjoy your stay.
I was a hoggie when I played but adding agility and flexibility exercises to a standard weight lifting regimen should work.

Work on the core strength too.
