Help!!!!


can some 1 please help me

i been doing taekwondo (like boxing if ya dont kno) for 10 years. and i always been natrally been a feather weight (62kg-67kg).
but i have recently been out of training with injurys so i have put on weight so now im weighing about 69 70kg

any one got any hints to lose the extra kilos.

i got a international competition in about 3 weeks and need to lose it.

please help.

If you're training less (burning fewer calories), then your eating habits should change (during your recovery period). In particular, your carbohydrate intake should probably be reduced some.

rof sorry couldn't resist ... cursors got it summed up ... 3 weeks is not enough time to lose 2kg's I'm afraid, but you'll nail it for next time.
