hello-
i tore my acl in my right knee two years ago ski-ing and was advised not to have the op.
i now have a twisted pelvis (my right knee is now shorter than the left )and back problems which no amount of chiropract-ing, osteopathy (cracking and cranial), physio, orthotics, heel lifts seem to help in the long term.

ps the back but does not keep pelvis from twisting. i've been doing pilates for a few months which helps a little but not completely, gym work aggravates the problem.
does anyone know of a practitioner in west london who has experience in this field? or of any
specific exercises which may help? or of a website which may have useful info?
