I am Ultimate Combat Fighter and i need some help!

I fight in the local ultimate combat. I am 5'9 and 142lbs. I have about 20% body fat. and i lift a regular basis.

But what i need help with is i really don't know what to eat or how much to eat. I am trying to gain Body Mass but i don't want to gain any fat. I could also use some advice on how to decrease my reaction time.

As much as i say it i need to increase my cardio. But i hate to run. Any advice would be helpful.

There are lots of cardio activities besides running, so if you hate running don't do it. Riding a bike, tennis, climbing stairs, anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps it there for awhile counts as cardio.

I would suggest high-intensity circuits of bodyweight exercises and full-body lifting, structured the same as your fight. 3 minute rounds, 3 minutes rest (or whatever it is), repeated 4-8 times. Maybe interspersed with heavy bag work.

are you sure you're 20% bf? that seems really high for a fighter, especially at 142 pounds.

Starting strength is a great program:

Do that, and drink a gallon of whole milk a day, and you will pack on pounds of muscle. As far as reaction time, I don't know, maybe make yourself a double end bag:
