I need a good quarterback workout!

I need a good workout to increase my upper body and arm strength to increase my throwing distance! I also want to get a little bit faster as well.
Any ideas of a good workout routine would be greatly appreciated!!

I know nothing about football. But I did train my cheerleaders with something like this and the football coaches said they wished they could get the boys to do the same workouts as effectively as my girls were doing.

Starr's 5x5 (a football strength program)
Sprints
Pushups
Pullups
Walking lunges.

By the time football season arrived, my midget cheerleaders were in better condition that the midget football players. Those that stuck it out and actually showed up for practice and workouts that is...

Even the slackers with uninterested, uncooperative parents got into pretty decent shape though.
