well..you could have tender knuckles..but oncce you rip the skin, it grows back twice as strong, and once you do that over and over, the knuckles get hard and it wont happen anymore...how do i know this? im a martial artist, ive done it

straighter punches will fix your problem right away.

Do you think your gloves are too big? Your hand might be swimming in them, and when you're punch isn't straight you could be creating friction on the inside of the glove. Also, what kind of glove are you using?

my knuckles used to bleed too when I first started going to boxing classes...I have to make sure that my wraps are on very tightly, and even if they slip while I am throwing punches I still get very red knuckles. Maybe you should get thicker gloves? Mine are 12oz and if I do the wraps correctly they protect my hands well
