kung fu and muscles

Hi guys, I need your help on this one. I’ve been training kung-fu for 5 months now, and it helped me lose some fat (not the reason I’m doing it). I am training 3 days on then one day off, two times a day. In the morning - running on the football field at medium speed, after each half of the loop I would do 10 push ups, then walk for a few sec. I would do 10 loops total, not exceptionally tough, but not gravy either. I would tend to speed up after each lap to maximize fat loss without muscle catabolism - breakdown or burning. Although I’m a martial artist and not a bodybuilder, I would still like to gain some muscle size and tone, I don’t want to look like a skinny 40ml marathon guy. In the evening, I would do weights usually about an hour or so. I must say I do see a difference, but not that much. Probably one of the reasons is bad diet, I eat 3 times a day, when I should be eating 5-7. So I will change that. But give me an advice on what to eat - is 40% protein 40 carbs 20% fat ratio good? How u convert percents in actual food? I’ve been taking a lot of proteins, too, about 150-180g for last couple of months (I’m 175 lb). All in all I’m not sure if I’m burning muscles too much in the morning, or just not eating good. I would still prefer to run in the morning (hey its only 30mins and good for lungs and endurance), but would like to gain some muscles. Should I run on full or empty stomach - I don’t have time to eat before running… maybe one scoop of protein is good?? I am very thankful to any1 who can provide some info advice or tip on what I’m doing wrong or should be doing to gain just a little bigger muscles.
Thanks & peace :
