Hello,
My name is Chad, and im 21..5 ft 11" 193lbs. I have been training pretty much to hit the fighting championship. I also train to feel good, and to look good. Of all my workouts my worse is
bench press. I have a small gut im trying to get down. Im trying to rip my abs,and lose a little
body fat. From what im hearing from other people is that when you lose fat, you lose muscle first. My diet has gotten more healthy, and I started running alot. I do not want lose strength in this process. Im wondering if thats a fact, and what are your thoughts.
