I'm going to be a senior in the fall, and i'm definatley going out for the football team. I'm currently working out and still do not think I'm doing enough. I want to play both ways WR/DB and need help on what to do to become better at those skill positions.

I suggest you check out the articles on t-mag by John Davies. They will be a tremendous help if you follow his ideas. After you read his articles on T-mag, do a google search on his name and read those too.
That said, what are you currently doing in the weightroom and on the field?
