For a big bench they tell you to have a good arch, keep your elbows tucked, and use a wider grip to lessen the distance. My question is: When you'r grip is wide, how tucked should your elbows be? At first I feel as if I lose power the more I tuck my elbows in. I just dont understand how far you should tuck your elbows in.

Bench: 275 lbs
Squat: 265 lbs
Deadlift: 405 lbs
Total: 945 lbs
Been stuck at these weights for months.. just need to edge another 65 lbs for the 1000 lbs *club* Frustrated
