Powerclean


what muscles does powerclean work? how many sets and reps should i do? how often should i do them(in a week time span)? does powercleaning help vertical or speed?

It works the muscles that make you run faster and jump higher. You should work these with low reps, for when you get tired you get hurt. So I'd suggest keeping the reps down around 1-4, and do 2-7 sets depending on how you schedule your workouts and what reps you are using.

Powerclean helps with explosive power since you're using allot of technique and speed to get the weight up. I would recommend it since it helped me improve on overall running speed. TY

Try the standard clean. This works very well. You will put on speed. If you have any olympic lifting question always listen to ebon00 or abarlament. They know a boat load of info. I personally love them. Try the standard 5X5 method.
