Pretext: Help re: tennis

I am going to do searches to see else has been posted along these lines, but in case I get lost in the mustartd, I wanted to make my appearance and question here, juuuust in case.

A client, two ACL recons on the right knee, one ACL recon on the left. When squatting I see him compnsation but we're working with tracking (without adjust help).

He's playing tennis 3 x week and is noticing knee pain, but wants to keep playing. He shows weakness in ankle mobility both in squats and tennis so we do work on that I'm trying to see what else I can tend to that I may be missing.

I'm not a tennis player anymore so I rely on the help you guys give me here.

He did admit since I started stretching his QL and ankles, he's had less pain than ever on the left side, but it's too soon to tell.

I'm just very open to other ideas while I look through the lost N found that is DF's backlots.

Thanks all.

Please guys, I need some help here. I just reviewed my calendar for next week and he's one of my very first clients tomorrow morning. As to why I did not address this sooner, he's come clean (or addmitted it to me) recently, and then voila, it's this thing they call Easter.

So he wants from me (1) our training workouts (we train together 2xweek), he plays tennis 3xweek, he does cardio 3xweek, and he wants more. He's looking for two more things....specifically what he can do (alone), what I can do (facilitated) re: stretching especially with his weak ankles as noted particularly in tennis, his "thing" right now,...and definitely as I see it in his attempted squats. HELP guys, help!

The other thing he wants, the 2nd thing is: A homework page of what he can do to enhance his strength on the training day (the 3rd day we should meet but don't).

I'd like to get plymetrics in but that word how bad juu-juu. A trainer before me had him do plyometrics and that is what landed him with 3 knee surgeries when he had absolutely no knee pain prior what so ever. So I was going to say "power moves." Even banging a ball against the floor, against the wall, to his side, to his side, to his front, overhead,... Any other ideas of "explosive work" w/o using the plyo word that might help me here?

Come along my dear DF friends. I definitely could use your help now. The closest to jumps we have now are burpees and he find that leaves him "wanting to think about it." Yep, but he plays tennis, and it is NOT on a clay court. Ahh, yes well.

So I'm eager to hear back from y'all. Really. Honest. Truly. For sure. Of all sorts.
