Quick question re : Combat Conditioning and boxing vids.

I'm just checking to see if anyone here has had any experience or good results from Matt Furey's Combat Conditioning worksets. I'm thinking about buying the book, and possibly his work on controlled breathing if it's worth the money. If not, can anyone recommend any body-weight training and controlled breathing books?

I know we have some boxers here on the board, and was also wondering if any of them could point me towards some good boxing / conditioning tapes.

Yes, I've checked the Search function, and any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to the link for training products. The book you are looking for is called, "The Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness".It is the best bodyweight/conditioning book I have ever come across. There is also bonus material included. For the amount of info you get, you can't beat the price or the service.

I've got the Combat Conditioning book and also the Gama Fitness book. I do several of the many exercises 2-3 times a week in the morning. Helps a lot with my conditioning (for Jui-Jitsu and Kickboxing)
