Rowing Machine


went to the gym at lunchtime today at work, I can onlty be there for 25 mins max. So I went for 5000 metres and did it in just over 22 mins. Was definitely a good workout and I think its the best way to spend the little time I have for cardio. What do you guys think?

It works as a great cardio workout. Read how this old timer Bodybuilder includes it into his workout
