Running Programs
i am trying to get faster in short distaces such as the 20, 40 yd dashes and up to 200 meters. i currently run a 2.64 = 20 yd and a 4.85 = 40yd. i was wondering if anyone has ran across a good running program that might help my sprinting. if so, please leave the website or whatever. what i need help in the most is my acceleration. when i pass 20 yards i hardly accelerate. Thanx
