Serious 3D Strong Man Training

I'm not sure if this has already been posted. It's pretty impressive training.

The training is absolutely insane for an average joe/jane to try to partake in....but I imagine a "enhanced" athlete with nothing to do but train...will probably benefit.

I love watching vids like this before I go to the gym. Ties in with the 'How much do you want it?' thread.

Almost an injustice that they have to edit a lifetime of training into two and half mins!

I don't know if I agree with you Ty...after all, you get in shape for that sort of stuff by doing it. Scale down the loads, and there's no reason anybody can't do any of those exercises.

That's cool. I can see your point. However, I know it will take more than simply "diluting" an advanced workout to assure specific perfomance achievements.
For instance, many of my clients come to me with "upper cross syndrome" (pre-hunchback look). I know that their R.O.M. (range of motion) in their shoulders and major scap. muscles is severly limited. I can not simply give them lighter weight/less reps and hope for the best. I have to take a step back increase mobility in their shoulder joints and neuro-muscular efficiency before progressing into something like this.

Just my opinion on the matter.
