Soccer is very good excersise for legs, but be careful because it can actually be a bit too hard on the legs. All that running around changing direction suddenly, espesially if you're playing 5 a side or on an artificial surface, you should be careful not to over-do it. Make sure you warm up properly before playing, stretch your legs etc.

Soccer is the bomb!!! It's a terrible workout. As soon as you get a chance to rest you legs go to hell... but if you play non-stop for an hour, you can't do anybetter than that.
