If your not putting on weight you need to eat more. It takes more calories for your body to maintain its weight at 195 than it did at 190 like you used to weigh, so to continue to put on weight, you must continue to up your calories gradually.

I eat a ton of food as it is. I seriously doubt anybody eats as much as I do. After I eat I can weight 5-10 lbs. more. I ran out of wey protein and have not been taking it could that be another explanation.

Try some weightgainer stuff. It's mostly carbohydrate, with creatine in it. Whey-casein protein is also better than plain whey. Take a couple of hours and use google to find some good sources. They're out there, trust me.
