Speed bag wins

I am very happy that Million Dollar Baby won the best movie, and H. S**** won the best Actress. She did a great job, and I think her portrayal will get a lot of us females punching for exercise.

I got a speed bag in my house and in the last few weeks I have gotten a lot better, and my shoulders and arms are really starting to get some "cuts". I can keep it going now for 3 -5 minutes, and it really burns those areas. Great fun to use, playing with the rhythm. I really recommend a training program called The Speed Bag Bible to learn, because it covers everything you need. The guy on the video is incredible on the bag and really explains it well.

Now I'm get a double end bag and a heavy bag to expand my punching workouts. Anyone know of some teaching materials for the double end bag?
