Strength Training for Golf?


What OTHER specific exercises are good for increasing power specifically for golf (specifically, increasing torque to annihilate the golf ball and drive like Happy Gilmore, LOL) ? Cable twists? Roman chair? Medicine ball twists?

Know what a hammer curl is?

Great for golf, makes drinking beer easier.
