throwing speed


hey im a catcher for my highschool baseball team.
being a catcher involves a lot of arm strength.
being able to throw 127' 3 3/8" without a crow hop is hard.
i just wanna know some workouts to increase throwing speed and shoulder strength so i dont hurt anything.
and for those who play catcher, id even take some tips coming up from the stance and throwing.

ATG Squats for catching.

Cuban and Arnold Presses, strengthen your rotator cuffs and shoulders.
Hammer Curls and Skull Crushers for your arms.
