Top 10 K1 knockout for 2007
OK since fitness talk here is a bit slow, how about some MMA knockouts to view.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=SwqQ5QAvGRs&feature=related
What's your favorite? Hard to decide between nos. 3, 5 or 6 if you like kicks. I like no. 4 too. Check out the traps of the knockout artist in no. 2.
A great view on company time.

Gotta go with #5. Typically when someone lands a high kick in those fights, the shin comes across the ear or side/back of the head. That one caught him right across the face as he was recovering from the prior knee. Awesome.
Oh, and Manhoef is a freak.

great post!! I'm with LiftGirl - I think number 4 was a great KO.
I'd say this is the best instruction for 'why you should keep your guard up' I've seen in a while. Every KO; guard drops and bang you're kissing canvas .
Undoubtedly it's more complicated than that - but it'd be a good start I rekon.

I gotta give credit to the guy who got knocked out in #9. His bell was clearly ringing yet he stood up ready to keep fighting. I admire that kind of heart in a fighter.

Have you guys ever seen another fighting competition that generated so many complete KO's like that? I mean in boxing or even most MMA orgs, the guy hits the mat and immediately tries to get to one knee or even starts defending himself. These guys just go limp like a dead body.
Is it sick that these clips actually make me want to train more kickboxing?

Nah, I was thinking of how much I missed training. You're either into or you're not.
