Training.

Has anyone got a weights programme for an advanced soccer player.

Im 18 and play in the national league of New Zealand.

Up until now I havent done weights for soccer but have done a resonable ammount of weights for apperance.

If nobody has any soccer programs can they suggest Exercises that I can build a routine out of?

I would appreciate anything that anyone can offer even beginner ones.

And yes I have used the search tool! :
