Trampoline.

I was just wondering.... if I were to use a trampoline everyday for a couple of hours what would it do to my body? Could I possibly lose weight by jumping on a trampoline? Because it seems like a great exercise and it is fun too.

Maybe it'll be a good calf workout, but I'm just guessing here. Dont think you'll be able to loose much fat from it though.

I would think it would be a fun way to get some cardio in.

Yes, I have one at home and it's gets my heart rate up....do jumping jacks, hamstring curls, knee lifts, leg lifts, boxing type moves etc to mix it up! Warning: it's brutal on the calves if you do it after heavy leg day !

Being an ex competitive trapolinest, I have to say there great for developing cordination and core strength. Although I was always on an onlympic style trampoline wich are much much more bouncy, and alow for a much higher intensity workout.

If you don't bounce much a rec trampoline would still be benifitial, but I personally cant stand rec trapolines after using the olyimpic ones. I just cant bounce high enough to get a good workout.

you could probably find a used olympic fairly cheap and their so much more fun to use!
