I don't know if any of you are in to Wakeboarding, or have tried it...but I'm here to tell all those into any form of fitness, its a killer for your lats. I Wakeboarded for the first time a couple days ago and my back is extremely sore, way beyond what I've been able to get from the gym, no matter how many pulling movements I do, no matter how heavy I go....
Seriously, when you want a strong back, Wakeboard in the summer, it's killer!
