Warm-Ups/Stretching for sprinting

What would be an adequate stretching/warm-up routine for doing sprints like 100's and 200's. I can never quite tell when I'm adequately warmed-up until I'm finished running (my times are tell-tale).

I've found that getting a good warm-up can mean the difference between an 11.6 and a 12.0 100m dash (going from 2nd place to not placing).
