i have been
taking creatine for about 61/2 weeks(45 days) now. i gained about 5 pounds during this time. i also gained some strength and dont know if i got faster. i bought more creatine that will last for about 2 weeks or so. how much longer should i take creatine for? should i cycle the creatine on and off? i also dont want to gain much weight so would it be beneficial to stop the creatine for some time? i was around 137 now i am 143 lb, 8% bodyfat.
when i stop taking the creatine, will i lose some strenght? may i get faster cuz i am lighter without all the
water weight? how much weight do you think i will lose after i stop? how long does it take for my muscles lose all the water retained when creatine was use?
