Wrestling Workout

Hey all, I'm just north of 6 foot and weigh a little over 150, so I'm looking to gain mass and get bigger, but I want to do the right lifts that will benefit me in a match. So could someone post me a workout plan?

check out this link Michigan Wrestling Workout it seems like a program worth considering. overall i would say the most important things in wrestling are grip, explosive strength, and endurance. so make sure you are in great shape cardiovascularly. giving it your all for 6 minutes is tough. also, squats and deadlifts, and rows are real important
