3/4 of an Inch bigger Bi's & Tri's

After I do my workout for bi's and tri's my arms measure like 1/2 to almost 3/4 of an inch! I love to look at the like that cuz its the best 30 min of the week looking at what they will look like 6 months from now or when ever I can put about a inch on them. Anyone else see pumped results like this,I think its incredible how much bigger they look and are after my workout...

Some people take NO2 to maintain this "pump" throughout the entire day.

Yes, GYMRAT18, i like yourself LOVE it just after i train my BI's or Tri's it gievs my whole arm its desired WIDTH, if i coudl only have that width permanently then id be satisfied with my arm size coz its the best feeling after you train and see your arms MORPHED into something BIGGER in the mirror and they just feeel like your skins about to rip from it blowing up making your skin tight! luv everybit of that feeling.!

and Tom NO2? what is that?? (PS. i dont take any supplements at all so ihave no idea... all i consume is whey protien as any supplement i take)

NO2 is a supplement that helps maintain the bloodflow to your muscles (your pumps)...helps keep 'em pumped up. I think its like $60 for a month's supply. Personally I think it might be beneficial...but not enough to be worth it. I'd say whey protein is a better supplement in the end.
