a day of not eating...


I had a really messed up day yesterday and bascially jus about ate one meal....I usually eat 6...lol. This is a one off, but I was just wondering, how has this affected my gains for the week?

it hasn't.

don't sweat it.

many professional athletes fast one day per week.

just don't be doing that too often, or you really will kack up your gains.

Yeah no big deal, just eat twice as much tomorrow and you should be back on track
