Those are the guys that motavate me big time I own a book called "Sons Of Smpson" it's a profile book with all the old-timers from the 1800-very early 1900's these guys all trained for one reason STRENGTH and they looked good because they trained hard no drug-enhancements and most of their strength feats still stand unbeatable today. I skim trough that book everyday before my workouts.

Hey this reminds me,I watched Rocky 4 on tv lastnite and that wasn't my favoraite one but I think it is now and I might go out and buy it. Those old school training methods that sly was using were great!
