abs


hey. im 14 and in good athletic shape. ive been working on my abs for awhile now and they are pretty strong. i just wanted to know of a good exercise to get rid of that small layer of fat covering them up. any ideas? :confused:

more cardio - the ONLY way to expose those abs is to drop your bodyfat level. so either scale back on your eating (just a wee bit, mind: you're still growing and you don't want to crash diet at your age) or increase your aerobic activity.
